I want to cancel my reservation, what should I do?
We regret that you can’t make it to the refuge, and we appreciate you letting us know so someone else can take your spot. Here’s our cancellation policy wich is one on the most FAQ’s its made: You can cancel, modify the number of spots, or change the date of your booking, always up to 7 days before your reserved date. 100% REFUND MINUS €3 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.- TO CANCEL: Go to the confirmation email for your booking, and at the bottom, there should be a button labeled “Cancel Reservation.“

We are a group, and one person can’t make it. How do I cancel for that person?
Send an email to info@refugiovegadeario.es with the subject CHANGE IN RESERVATION. Specify the name and date of your reservation and the number of spots you want to cancel. No, you can’t. However, we have a kennel for your dog.Can I camp near the refuge?
The current Prug does not prohibit camping in areas above 1600m. Remember:- Set up your tent an hour before sunset.
- Take down your tent an hour after sunrise.
- Remember to carry down your trash; the garbage truck doesn’t come up here.
